Coverage, timing and any pickup charge depend on the exact area. Share your address or pincode in the request form and the team will confirm coverage before the pickup is booked. Both Mangaluru and Mangalore spellings refer to the same service city.

Turnaround depends on the service, item count, fabric, stains and drying time. Everyday garments are assessed separately from quilts, heavy curtains, carpets and rugs. Your expected return date is confirmed when the order is accepted.

Same-day service is not automatic. It depends on the item, quantity and the time the request is received. Contact the team before booking and wait for a specific same-day confirmation.

The shop is closed on Sundays. Sunday pickup or delivery is not guaranteed, so confirm any weekend requirement with the team before making plans.

A universal minimum is not published because pickup availability and charges vary by area. Any applicable minimum or pickup charge is confirmed before your request becomes a booking.

The shop is open from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sundays. Holiday hours and any pickup or delivery outside shop hours should be confirmed separately.

Yes. Dry-clean-only, structured and delicate garments are inspected before the appropriate route and price are confirmed. Keep those pieces separate and show us stains, trims or delicate details at handover.

Yes. We clean regular, sheer, heavy, blackout and delicate curtains, along with carpets and rugs. Pickup and delivery are coordinated as part of the existing Laundry House service experience.

We inspect the material, condition, visible stains and odours before confirming the cleaning route. Carpets, rugs and curtains are then handled, finished and quality-checked according to that assessment.

Yes. Regular and starch press options are listed for sarees. Tell us which finish you prefer when you hand over the garment.

Available payment methods are confirmed with the order. Ask the team before pickup if you need a specific payment method for a household or business invoice.

Check your items when they are returned. If something needs review, contact the team promptly with the order details and clear photos so the item and care notes can be assessed.

Use the price list for standard items. For delicate, stained, oversized or unusual pieces, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will confirm the appropriate care and price.
